FAQ

I just placed an order. How long will it take to receive it?

That depends on which type of product(s) you’ve purchased. Your order could be shipped 1-3 days after you’ve placed it, or it could take up to 2 weeks before it’s on its way to you (4 weeks during peak periods, like prior to Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas).

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email confirmation once we’ve handed it over to the postal service.

I really love your products but can you make me something specific?

We sure can! Drop us an email using the Contact page detailing exactly what you would like and we'll get back to you shortly with a quote.

I want to buy a digital print. What kind of files will I receive after purchase?

Useful Beautiful supplies hi-resolution image files usually in .PNG or .JPEG format. As multiple files with different dimensions are provided, you will receive them compressed in a .ZIP package which you will need to extract using a program such as WinZip or 7-Zip.

How can I print the digital artworks?

There are several ways to print and display illustrations you download from Useful Beautiful. You can take the files on a USB to your local printer or even upload them straight to their website and place an order. You could print them out at home but depending on your equipment this may use a lot of printer ink and you may not have quality paper.

My order arrived broken. What do I do?

We take a lot of care to safely and securely package all of our items, however, on the rare occasion items can be damaged in transit.

If you’ve received a broken item please contact us ASAP. You’ll also need to email photos of the damaged item (in its original packaging) along with all the information (e.g. date and time of delivery, etc.) within 48 hours of receiving it, so that we can take up an insurance claim with the postal service. In circumstances where a replacement is deemed appropriate, the replaced item will be re-sent once we’ve looked into the claim and gone through the necessary procedure with the postal service.
